Pricing

  • Common areas of flats/ bedsits etc - up to 20 flats £200*, 20 to 30 flats £240* over 30 flats please ask for a quote.
  • Premises consisting of a small Shop or open plan Offices £ 250*
  • Premises consisting of Office or shop employing 5 to 30 persons £ 250* - £ 300*
  • Large Shop/ Offices employing 30 persons £ 350* - 60 persons £ 400* - 100 persons £700*
  • Public House from £250* depending on size
  • An Industrial unit of one floor employing 5 to 20 persons £ 250* - £300* over this size please request a quote.
  • Car Showroom with Workshop from £ 300* to £ 400*
  • A Care Home consisting of 2 floors and 10 residents £ 350*
  • A Care Home similar to the above with 30 residents £ 450*
  • A hotel comprising 5 to 20 bedrooms on 2 floors £ 300* - £ 350*
  • Large Hotels over 40 Bedrooms £ 450* plus £ 5 a bedroom
  • A review of an existing Fire Risk Assessment £ 200* or 60% of full Assessment cost which ever is the greater.

Large premises, Hospitals, Specialist premises, National companies with multiple premises, or outside our normal travel area – please contact us for a quotation.

* All Prices exclude VAT @ 20%.

There are no additional costs or hidden charges for premises within our standard travel area.

We cover the mainland areas of: –

Berkshire, Bristol, Buckinghamshire, Cornwall, Devon, Dorset, East Sussex, Gloucestershire, Hampshire, Kent, London, Oxfordshire, Somerset, South Wales (being the Newport, Cardiff areas), Surrey, West Sussex and Wiltshire,

Other areas within the UK can be visited, if part of a larger contract or, by an additional fee to cover travel.
